“Goodwill? What do you mean by that…”
“Literally ‘goodwill.’ When I make a request or suggestion, you all respond favorably.”
At that moment, Park Sanghyuk realized the hidden meaning of “goodwill”-subordination. If he accepted my deal, all the upper-floor survivors, himself included, would basically become my employees.
Still, he understood the value of “clean water.” He didn’t reject the offer outright, but said he’d have to discuss it with the others to buy some time.
“Ahem… I’ll have to talk it over with the others first.”
“Of course, you should. In the meantime, we’ll wait on the 15th floor.”
“Then I’ll come down to the 15th floor in an hour.”
As soon as we set the meeting for an hour later, Park Sanghyuk turned to leave. I threw out a carrot after him:
“By the way, I’m planning to set up an exchange using my facility. If you make a deal with me now, you’ll be early investors-able to share in the profits. So I hope you make a wise choice.”
After proposing the deal to Park Sanghyuk, our group gave the upper-floor survivors space to discuss among themselves.
We began moving useful supplies and food from the 15th floor down to the 8th. That’s when Catherine’s unexpected “attack” caught me off guard.
After moving supplies from the 14th and 15th floors to the 8th, just as we were about to head back up-
Ziiip.
“Whew, I thought I was going to die from the heat.”
Sweating, Catherine couldn’t take it anymore and unzipped her padded jacket, taking it off. She stripped off all her extra layers, leaving only a black T-shirt.
With the padding and thick clothes gone, her stunning upper body curves were on full display. Her sweat-soaked T-shirt clung to her, showing off her “heaviness” with nothing hidden.
My eyes were drawn there, and right in the center of her large mound, something was poking out.
‘Whoa… no bra.’
Jiggle ♡ jiggle jiggle
Every time she fanned herself, her breasts bounced with a weight you could feel just by looking. They were at least an H-cup, with no sagging and plenty of elasticity-her sexy flesh shaking with every move.
I was so mesmerized by the sight that I forgot Aunt was right next to me.
And on top of that, despite being a Westerner, Catherine didn’t have any body odor-instead, her scent was subtly floral.
Already aroused from the adrenaline of battle, I felt blood rush to my crotch.
My cock swelled quickly, bulging out the front of my suit.
Right then, Aunt Hyeyeon faced me, grabbed both my shaft and balls with her soft hand, and gave me a sharp look.
“Our Minwoo… you’re not getting hard because of another woman, are you?”
“Uh… of course not, Aunt.”
“Then why did this get big right when Catherine took off her clothes?”
“That’s… ugh…”
When I couldn’t answer right away, Aunt squeezed my balls a little harder.
A small moan escaped my lips. Meanwhile, Catherine, perhaps unaware of my predicament, kept bouncing her even more tempting breasts.
I needed to come up with an excuse to convince Aunt as soon as possible, but those huge boobs kept distracting me.
‘This is driving me crazy.’
As I sweated in this “impossible situation,” Aunt finally let go of my crotch and gave me a sly smile.
“Hehe, I’m just teasing. What man wouldn’t get excited seeing that? Still, I’m a little jealous… But wow, Catherine’s body is no joke. Maybe it’s because she’s Western, but that volume… Even as a woman, I’m turned on.”
“Haa… Aunt, seriously…”
“What, are you mad, Minwoo? Then you can let out that anger in bed tonight♡”
She teased me as I sighed in relief, and I resolved to “teach her a lesson” tonight.
Leaving that little incident behind, we spent about 30 more minutes moving supplies to the two apartments on the 8th floor.
As a result, the three of us secured enough food to last well over a month.
There weren’t many fresh vegetables or seafood, but even being able to worry about such things in a zombie apocalypse was proof of our abundance.
‘Now, if we can secure not just our line but the whole building and start the exchange business…’
Who knows if the government, military, or humanity will miraculously recover and end the zombie crisis, but with the app’s power and a solid foundation, our survival life didn’t seem so bad.
With 24-hour water and electricity, we could live like humans again-showering daily and drinking clean water without limit.
I even imagined myself as the “real power” holding control over what could become the new currency: water. In other words, wielding king-like authority.
Soon, as I daydreamed about building my own faction, Aunt and Catherine’s conversation caught my interest.
“Catherine, this might be a rude question, but can I ask?”
“It’s fine, go ahead.”
“When you took off your jacket earlier, you didn’t have that typical Western body odor. Did you spray something?”
“Oh, that… Actually, my grandmother is half Korean. So our family doesn’t really have body odor.”
“Wow, really? Is that why you’re interested in Korea?”
“Yes, that’s right. But actually, Korean dramas had a bigger influence. Hehe…”
Catherine smiled sheepishly, saying K-dramas were an even bigger reason than her mixed heritage.
But what interested me more was that she didn’t have any body odor. That’s a very important trait for a female I might “devour” in the near future.
While Kim Minwoo and his group were busy moving supplies, the survivors in 1604 were deep in discussion.
“If we get water but have to obey him… isn’t that just becoming his subordinates?”
“But if he really can make clean water and the exchange works… isn’t that okay? We’re almost out of bottled water, and tap water isn’t safe.”
A middle-aged man and woman exchanged negative and positive opinions.
Then, a young man-still a bit boyish-cut in.
“But we have more people, so why are we even debating this? If we catch them off guard, we can just jump them, right? I’ll take the big guy-ow! Why’d you hit me!”
A burly man-Park Sanghyuk-smacked the boy.
“Don’t be rude when adults are talking. Be quiet.”
“But Dad!”
“Tsk…”
The room went quiet after the father and son’s brief spat.
Park Sanghyuk glared at his son, then slowly spoke.
“There’s something I didn’t get to say earlier. According to that Kim Minwoo, his water purification equipment has an anti-theft mechanism-no one but him can operate it. That could be true, or not, but…”
He trailed off, as if something else was even more important. The other survivors focused on him, and then he stated a clear fact:
“Whatever else, if we fight them… a lot of our people could get hurt or killed. You all saw-they’re way better equipped than us.”
“Yeah, but it’s just two of them-ow!”
Whether out of ignorance or hot-headedness, Park Suhyeon interrupted his father again, only to be knocked to the floor with a punch.
“This brat… Ahem! Sorry. Anyway, my personal opinion is that, regardless of whether we accept the deal, we absolutely should not fight them.”
“Yeah, they have a crossbow and a big axe…”
“Right. Meanwhile, we only have kitchen knives and a few tools. Sanghyuk’s right.”
“And besides, we only have four people who can really fight…”
With the leader, Park Sanghyuk, indirectly supporting Minwoo’s deal, the mood in the living room quickly shifted.
Soon, people started suggesting they might as well accept the deal.
“Let’s go along with it for now. If they ask for anything weird or too much, we can get stronger and resist later, right?”
“Or we could just tell them up front there are limits to what we’ll do…”
