Continuing on with the previous issues short, we're gifted with what's likely one of the "first" mobile suit engagements in history (at least at the time this was penned back in '89). While I'd like to say this is supposed to be Steiner from Gundam 0080, the name obviously doesn't match when all is said and done.

Universal Century 0077, July. Side 3, known as the Republic of Zeon, had begun openly displaying defiance against the oppressive regime of the Earth Federation government.
