“Your Majesty, please stay by Prince Yuno’s side and support him. If all goes according to plan, no monsters should come your way.” 

With everyone’s roles set, Kurimu clapped to get their attention. 

“At 4 a.m. tomorrow, before dawn, we’ll advance with our forces. So for tonight… please, um, avoid… s-sex, and get some sleep.” 

Kurimu blushed as she asked, and Yuno’s group, embarrassed, agreed. 

The next morning at 2:30 a.m., Yuno’s group woke, checked their gear, and gathered in front of Kurimu’s house. 

Kurimu, already waiting in her revealing outfit, explained that as a Master-level spirit user, she could use earth spirits to create armor, so light clothing was more comfortable. 

Yuno’s group followed Kurimu and Miruku to the back of the village, and after passing a wooden fence, they saw an enormous tree in the distance. 

“That’s… the World Tree…” 

“Yes, that’s the World Tree Yggdrasil. Right now, it’s withered and leafless because of the monster, but if we defeat it, the tree will quickly recover.” 

After about an hour of walking toward the World Tree, orcs, goblins, kobolds, and other small monsters ambushed them. 

But over a thousand elven archers instantly sniped and wiped out the attackers, allowing Yuno’s group and the elven army to continue advancing. 

Finally, they saw a gigantic red lizard wrapped around the World Tree. 

“A… dragon?” 

As Yuno cried out, the monster let out a tremendous roar, and the real battle began.
