So it’s judged that “it can sufficiently disrupt a small group (10 people).” For a medium group (50), it’s hard to meet everyone, and even if you succeed, the power is too weak to achieve your goal. So the danger is rated D. 

By the way, my F rating means “poses no threat.” The reason: being ugly and smelly is something any normal person can do. 

Joo Hee-kyung’s clairvoyance is E grade: “can pose a threat to at least one person.” 

The three-second duration and once-per-day limit earned it an E.
