I'm also interested in this, between Rog Ally windows and ChimeraOS PC. I have it set up on Ally but don't get the option to link cloud saves on ChimeraOS.

just signed up for the patreon and wanted to checkout the cloudsaves feature between windows and steam deck. In the windows EmuDeck app, I’m not getting the option to set up cloud saves. It just takes me back to the join patreon page. Is there way I can link my patreon sub to the windows EmuDeck app? Thanks!

Hello, I'm having trouble with both Switch games via Yuzu and 360 games via Xenia not launching from Steam after adding them with Steam Rom Manager. They attempt to launch and a console opens up, but then it closes out and the game does not launch. I've tried doing a custom reset, reseting SRM configuration, reseting Yuzu configuration, etc. They launch fine out of Emulation Station.

On rog ally: - Uninstall not working - SRM not working

When using vita3k with SD card on ROG ally, firmware installation stops at 70% and does not complete. This can be avoided by temporarily setting the vita3k folder specification to the default, and then copying the entire folder to the SD card and specifying it. Also, the key mapping in PPSSPP is strange in its initial state, with △ and ⬜︎ reversed. This can be remedied by resetting the key mapping settings.

Hey tried to reinstall emudeck but i cant launch steam rom manager on the ally... Please some help. Uninstaller seems to hang too like a black screen. Thinking on giving up really...:( edit:bios checker also not working...

Does Xenia emulator support cloud saves? Even though I see downloading xenia saves, its not in the folder on the cloud or even the saves folder on my pc. I did install Xenia after I setup cloud saves. Do i need to setup cloud saves again?

New user on an Rog Ally here. Steam ROM Manager does not launch after a fresh install. Tried everything from resets, to reinstalls, switching to different networks, to even a fresh Windows install. Edit: For whatever reason, it works now.

Opened up emudeck and it says update found- ‘’emudeck will restart as soon as it finishes the update hold on tight’’ . It’s been 25 mins it shouldn’t take that long right ? Windows version

Curious if I have a setting not setup correctly or not but when I restart my computer and launch Emulation Station it seems to forget my theme and I have to switch it to Modern each time, this isn’t normal right?

At some point Super Mario Wonder lost my game save data in Yuzu. Does anyone know how to get it working again? The game save file is from October, which is likely the last time I played it, but I had a lot of progress and don't want to lose it. I am wondering if something got disconnected during an Emudeck update.

Existing Installation on PC and on a fresh Installation, with the previous Version first and the only difference, that I couldn't see / read a thing, because the font colour was wrong: https://imagizer.imageshack.com/img922/8541/dACrtM.jpg Also, on the Ally I had to start the .bat several times, because it did parts of the Installation and then quietly just stopped and closed, but resumed then afterwards, when I restarted the .bat again, like it went always a step further, after a restart of the .bat, which was strange. The Ally is completely fresh installed and has no other game clients nor other games installed yet, so maybe that Steam is not installed yet, has an influence ? But it shouldn't, because I didn't start Emulation-Station or Pegasus nor any of the Emulators yet. The Orange-Tick-Issue is still present too. The Double-Pegasus doesn't get fixed in an existing "fucked" Installation. The missing small Pic of the Pegasus Icon not either. Steam-ROM-Manager is not opening anymore on PC, with an existing Installation. Don't stress-out about it ! :)

I experienced this too. I noticed the powershell script for it was missing so it was never able to start SRM and doesn’t provide any useful error. I did an update of all the apps from EmuDeck and SRM eventually got added.

I keep getting the cloud sync notification in SteamOS, keeps pinging me constantly, switching between "uploading..." and "Cloud Sync Ready!" It kept pinging me a "disabled" error too, even though it was enabled. The lattermost started yesterday after I updated from within Decky, but the former issue has been going on for weeks now. I've had to uninstall it just now because the pinging was incessant. I would love for it to just pop up only when syncing or completed, instead of telling me a sync is ready (it sounds like it's "available" to do instead of done? I'm not sure what it's supposed to convey). Also, Pegasus is installed but where is the .sh for it? I don't see it in my launchers folder, even after resetting the config (which previously told me it couldn't reset/kept failing -- just started working today).

Hi pegasus keeps crashing as soon as game list is loading on my windows handheld. The startup animation is ok, The games and box art are showing, but there is a loading animation on the mouse location and then just crash. Still, Emulation station works flawlessly so i have an aternative

Just installed and got pcsx2 working. Seems good so far. I was confused about where to put roms though as i had no rom folder and had to make it myself. Dont know if you coan create the folders automatically but that might help a noob like me in the future.

When I click on "steam rom manager" for windows, a window pops up that says "Launching Steam Rom Manager" with a progress bar, but nothing happens. Is this a know bug?

I did this, but it keeps giving me an error. It all started a few minutes after this bug fix post. When I open it directly in the emulator app, for example YUZU, it works normally.

I'm wondering this too. I do know if you search for Pegasus emulator it comes to a complete front end like Emudeck but, all manual to config. I know there is a lot of themes with it and Emudeck might use them.
