EXTENDED | Firearms Expert Reacts to Battlefield Franchise Guns | EXP

This week on EXP - the guns of the Battlefield franchise!

Who's ready for a trip down memory lane?

Dave sure was as he took Jonathan through a variety of Battlefield weaponry from throughout the series. Starting with the original game, Battlefield 1942, the guys journey through the franchise all the way to Battlefield 2042, showcasing a handful of iconic firearms from across the years along the way!

Don't forget, as an Extended Episode patron you get an extra long episode with a bunch of extra content, a week earlier than the main feed, and it's ad-free.

Jonathan Ferguson, an expert in firearms history, and the Keeper of Firearms & Artillery at the Royal Armouries Museum in the UK, breaks down the guns from across the Battlefield franchise, from the original game’s M1 Garand through to Battlefield 2042’s AM17 via a slew of iconic weapons from Battlefield 3, Battlefield 1 and Bad Company 2!

"Putting a large amount of force in a very small part of your very sensitive anatomy." I didn't know it kicked you in the 'nads.

Damn Dave a fellow 2142 player, the only battlefield I've played extensively. Titan mode was such a fun time in that game.

RE: Popup headlights. Early headlight lenses were quite bulky so in order to have a low profile front end on a sports car you had to have them retract into the bodywork. Eventually smaller headlight assemblies were developed in the late 80's, which is why pop-up headlights haven't really been a thing since the end of the 90's. Fun fact. The first low profile headlights were developed by Nissan for their 300ZX Z32. Additional fun fact, Lamborghini licensed the 300ZX headlights to use on the Diablo.
