-Expanded butt plug practice to multiple scenes (small, medium, large)
-Added new patreon voted ending "Plugged Princess" (practice with toys especially plugs to help get this ending)
-Added Mistress scene once you are practiced with plugs (requires high enough sissy level)(includes new art)
-Added background music (planning on adding more sounds and music in the future)
-fixed some minor bugs
