Tres Leches Cake

She spends her afternoons baking delicious treats for the locals (and her grandchildren!) to enjoy. One recipe which has been passed down for generations is her Tres Leches Cake - a light sponge cake, soaked in three kinds of sweet milk: evaporated milk, condensed milk and whole milk.
