In Selvadora, there is no-one with quite so high culinary renown as Nonna Maria who lives near Belomisia. She spends her afternoons baking delicious treats for the locals (and her grandchildren!) to enjoy. One recipe which has been passed down for generations is her Tres Leches Cake - a light sponge cake, soaked in three kinds of sweet milk: evaporated milk, condensed milk and whole milk.

Two small update notes:
A delicious breakfast or lunch, Shakshouka (or "Shakshuka") is a dish made with eggs baked in a sauce of bell peppers, tomatoes, onions and spices such as paprika and cumin. Make sure to grab a slice of bread to mop up the aromatic sauce!
