A new Deer Chosen One update would include More Deer Species + new NPCs to transform.
A new Dragon Watching update would include More Male NPC Dragons.
If you're in a higher tier, then your vote may be increased (doubled, tripled, quadrupled, etc.) depending on the tier you are in during December. The results of this poll will be revealed on December 3rd.
