(Spaghetti with Clams)
Lavinia and Carlos honeymooned in Tartosa. On their first night, they dined at a quaint little restaurant, perched atop the sprawling vineyards and seaside cliffs, which served only seasonal produce and locally-caught seafood. The chef recommended the Spaghetti Alle Vongole - a simple dish made with steamed clams, butter, garlic and parsley.
