New Game Future Ties Poll
Added 2021-04-05 02:42:35 +0000 UTCI haven't had a tie for a new game poll in a long time, but there were several ties over a year ago back when I ran the polls differently, so I figure it would be good to have a poll to determine what happens in the case of a tie.
Option #1: Revote between tied games. If there is a tie, then there will be a revote between the tied games. The revote will only last for 4 full days, with the poll period being between after I reveal the monthly polls results (3rd last day of a month) and before I make the next month's monthly polls (3rd day of a month).
Option #2: DesireLines picks the fastest theme to make (out of the games that tied). If there is a tie, I will look at the tied game themes, decide which game would take the least amount of time to make, then pick that game as the winner of the poll and make that game. Those that tied, and were not ultimately selected as the winner, will stay on the monthly new game poll for eternity until they win a future poll.
