Start Screen Concept Art
Added 2019-12-30 20:20:33 +0000 UTCSo concept art is a whole other thing than I'm not used to doing, frankly, but I gave it my best shot with how I visualize the start screen for Cretaceous Seas. I wanted to use this rough animation sketch for showcasing the overall mood I'd want to capture on this screen more than trying to reach the final perfected animation. Guess it's sort of a color animatic. Final details like the motion of the tree branches, clouds, ocean surface, and the plants would be animated in the final screen but felt like overkill for this color test.
I'm still not sure I'll get the funding I need to pull off this project so I don't want to create too much finished work and have it be wasted time.
