Here's your mid-week check-in for WIPWednesday. Check out the Big Bad of the Children of Exile - Saint Caius, the Ascended (the BBEG of our home table's second campaign)!
Saint Caius is a mortal who has achieved incredible power. Hailing from somewhere far in the future, Caius was sent back to the present day with a mission most critical - to ensure that specific events play out in the necessary way that would cause certain magical relics to fall into the hands of his father. Armed with a sword that can reave souls and a tome filled with knowledge of a future that must not come to pass due to his intervening with the past that never was, Caius is honor-bound to fulfill his destiny and heritage.
With Caius and his floating island of Perditia, and his Children of Exile army in tow, he's on a warpath against both The Blank AND The Arcanuum and they are sure to play a bigger part in our Mages' War conflict, so stay tuned for more!
