We have loved all the feedback we've gotten so far on this month's dungeon crawling release! We're getting December wrapped up and thought we'd share another peek at the exploratory phase for one of the upcoming monsters - the Tupilaq.
Here's an excerpt from the statblock for this terrifying creature -
Tupilaq are undead creatures fashioned from the flesh, bones, sinew, and hides of animals and occasionally children. A tupilaq can be animated in a horrid ritual or spellcasting that results in the tupilaq coming to life.
Purposed. When a tupilaq is created, its creator must specify one creature it wishes for the tupilaq to slay, the tupilaq then does everything in its power to bring about that creature’s death, traveling across vast distances and mortal danger to ensure its destruction. However, if the target of the tupilaq’s quest destroys it, the tupilaq turns instead on its master, attempting to slay them by whatever means necessary.
