The Forge Dragon for next month's release is getting finalized and the color and detail are really getting us hyped to share it with you next week! Here's an excerpt from the statblock to shed a little more light on what these things can do
...Forge dragons are creatures obsessed with weapons and armor. These creatures normally settle in massive subterranean lairs with access to lava which heats their mighty forges. Forge dragons are often master craftsmen, able to construct incredible suits of armor or weapons, and they have a magical affinity for such items...
....The hoard of a forge dragon is worn, the dragon melting down the armor, weapons, and items of creatures it slays to weld together into a massive suit that covers the whole of its body. The older the dragon gets, the larger its armor grows, sometimes causing elderly forge dragons to collapse under the weight of their own hoards, which they carry on them at all times. Sometimes these dragons will seek out war or conflict with kingdoms in hopes that these kingdoms will construct armies to defeat them. The dragon usually wipes such armies off the face of the earth, gathering the armor and weapons of the fallen and adding them to its trove...
