We've got another Outsider to share with you for today's WIP Wednesday - The Justiciar!
The Justiciar is the physical embodiment of the Word of the Law. From her seat on the Realm of Scales, Iustria, she passes judgment over the other planes. Her judgments are passed to and enforced by her giant Sentencers as well as her Order of Axiom cultists. Through her servants, she acts as judge, jury, and executioner.
