First and foremost, many of you have either seen and/or been keeping up with the fires happening in LA, and have checked in on us to make sure we're okay. We've been very blessed and fortunate that our area has not been in immediate danger, and at the time of posting this we're safe. However, for hundreds of thousands of LA residents that's not the case, and we want to spotlight some organizations that are helping with the disaster relief and provide links of where to donate if you're wanting to help:
Los Angeles Fire Department Foundation
Habitat for Humanity of Greater Los Angeles
Community Foundation's Wildfire Recovery Fund
As for the episode, we tried to keep spirits high! We tried a new game which is Dropouts Bingo! We each came up with things we thought would happen during the episode then gave those to COO Robbie to make the master Bingo card. This way none of us knew exactly what was or wasn't in play. Now in the episode, we talk about how we all went to go get our DEXA scans (and the results will shock you), and the healthy or unhealthy habits that got us to our results. ALYSSA WENT ON AN ACTUAL DATE IF YOU CAN BELIEVE IT. We had a technical issue (shocker) BUT you get some BTS this time to go with the technical difficulty! And lastly Zach's life flashed before his eyes this week and so we dive into his experience...

seeing the podcast room when they arent filming a podcast always trips me out because it always opens my eyes to how much i assume the room looks when im watching the podcast vs reality, they do a great job with camera angles making the room look as good as it does when they record the podcast

I was so stupidly invested in the results and plans for future and I'm kind of crazy competitive so was looking forward to the baseline to mini challenge myself.
