2024-06-21 23:25:52 +0000 UTCHey guys my ex and I broke up last September and I saw her for the first time since a couple weeks ago. Since then we’ve spent some time together as we both are working at the same place for the summer. I’ve had the best time with her and feel so comfortable around her still and I think she feels the same way. The catch is that she has a new boyfriend that doesn’t approve of us potentially being friends. I’d be lying if I said I had zero feelings for her but I genuinely would be happy at least being her friend and I’d be happy as long as she’s happy. I have a lot of respect for her and her situation but I’m not sure what to do. I also don’t want to lose her as a friend because she’s an amazing person.
