Recommendation for Skyler. Meal prep/put aside some food for at night when your high and have it be your designated “high food” put a post it note on it and say “Tuesday munchies, Wednesday munchies, Thursday munchies etc.”. And have a rule for yourself that your only allowed to eat what’s in that container. Put whatever you want in the container, but that is all your allowed to eat when your high that night. I’ve done this to try to prevent myself from binge eating when I’m high. It doesn’t always work but it does maybe 50% of the time and that’s a win for me. And I get so excited when I don’t have to put anything together and the food is already ready to go when I’m hungry.
