Vimeo Archive
Added 2023-05-05 17:31:52 +0000 UTCHey, all! Wanted to give you guys a heads up on something... Since I'm now able to post my full-length reactions on Patreon for free, I haven't been uploading to Vimeo for a while now. I have a LOT of my older full-length reactions on Vimeo, but it's just too expensive to keep paying for it when I'm no longer using it. I have cancelled my Vimeo subscription, which means that as of May 25th, the content I've posted on Vimeo will no longer be accessible.
So, if there's a particular video you'd like to hold on to, they'll still be available for download until May 25th. And, even though the full-lengths will no longer be available, my edited reactions to those movies will of course be viewable on YouTube.
I'm sad to lose the archive, but it just doesn't make sense to keep spending so much money on a subscription I'm no longer using : (

Couldn't you just re-upload them to Patreon? Or edit the original posts to point to a Patreon upload of the video?

Granted, this might have been an intentional decision on your part to prevent potential file-sharing (which I would never do, by the way). If it was intentional, then obviously, that's a valid choice and you can keep doing it that way. But if it was just an unintended consequence of switching to Patreon uploads, I was wondering if there was a way to go to some system where downloading was possible. (I'm pretty sure there is some way to upload to Patreon and still enable downloads. I've seen other reactors do it in the past.)
