There is a boy with a balloon who appears once or twice, specifically in the post-credits there's a jump scare with him and a taxi driver
It is quite literally just a boy WITH a balloon, but i imagine it is meant to be Balloon Boy can't be random
And then there is a sequel tease, you hear Freddy's voice spelling out "COME FIND ME"
There's also no swearing in the film, randomly. By that it means no hardcore swearing like "fuck
off" "dick", more explicit
swearing etc
