This request really hit home for me... Not only does my mother suffer from Bipolar Disorder severely but I do as well. It's never been something I was ashamed to talk about and I never felt like anyone else should either. Mental Health is a serious issue and not enough people talk about it in a serious manner. 

Especially not in the sense of people like us not being crazy. That's ignorant. Believe me, there is NOTHING wrong with you (or me). We're just different and have more to understand. Sometimes we go through things and can't figure out to express it, that's life. It just happens to us mentally, more than others.
