Log Line: Resident Evil Prequel. This story will be told across two timelines. In the first, 14-year- old sisters Jade and Billie Wesker are moved to
New Raccoon City. A manufactured, corporate town, forced on them right as adolescence is in full swing. But the more time they spend there, the more they come to realize that the town is more than it seems and their father may be concealing dark secrets.
Secrets that could destroy the world. The second, more than a decade into the future sees less than 15 million people left on Earth. And more than 6 billion monsters-people and animals infected with the T-virus. Jade, now 30, struggles to survive in this new world, while the secrets from her past- about her sister, her father and herself- continue to haunt her.

the world forever. Jade despises the totalitarian megacorp (Umbrella) that survived world destruction and is hell bent on taking them down. She promised herself she would never become like her father, ALBERT, who was so focused on his
work, he failed to parent his own kids. life in the name of science. Though not obvious at first glance, empathy and motherly instinct are a very important part of her inner core. Her mission in life is to save the world and redeem herself for her role in destroying it.

Whip smart and fiercely independent, Jade detests the totally lame Lululemonclad-Kombucha-chugging-Gluten-Free-Fucked-Up-Stepford-Wife aspect of her new home, but she's outgoing, super-confident, resourceful, makes friends easily and adapts quickly. She has a tough shell, but a good heart and her closest bond is with her more introverted twin sister BILLIE. Jade is wildly protective of Billie, yet as the yin to Billie's yang, she's prone to leading her sister astray.

infected with a strange virus. The fallout is insidiously catastrophic, altering Billie's personality. She becomes aggressive and unable to control her emotions. With her sister personality.
