They are casting for roles of east european mobsters. Something was stolen from them (a Novichok/chemical weapon) and they plan to take it back by breaking into a heavily guarded building.

I wouldn't be surprised if Clint already met some members of the tracksuit mafia in his time as ronin since he hunted and killed a bunch criminal gangs and organizations. If they reveal that in the series this would explain why he got track of them in the first place anyways.
