New Jer & VIP Sprite + New UI Preview

I finally gave Jer a new look with some expressions plus we'll be having a new VIP who'll be joining the spring as well. Also experimenting with some UI changes for the Hud and settings screen until I draw up some finally designs. Other than that expect some important new story and changes for normal work.
