Prefer Visual Novel or Dating Sim Format

Visual novel would be more like it is now, sticking with just choices with some stores to obtain gifts, while dating simulation would be adding stats, along with hud menu, that would affect work and time off. Some examples I would have in mind would be stats afecting how much you earn, how much more obtainable free time, and some work minigames.

The biggest difference is what each one focus on. Visual novels are more focus on just linear stories with some branching paths, while dating sims are more focus on stats that affect the story and minigame like mechanics like other simulation games. It's very common to see both mixed together, since they go well hand in hand to keep things interesting.
