Added 2024-09-30 16:00:17 +0000 UTCSo I'm pretty sure I have a pinched nerve in my neck, it's so unbearable 💔 another doctor appointment today, hoping for more info and hopefully some pain relief 😮💨 sad I can't go to the gym but I'm learning to listen to my body and not rush recovery 💕
