[animation] [wip] CJ at the Bay: Rough, Stillshot , Blink Animation : Left to do List

got pulled to attempt a semi simple animation and trying to incorporate some new layer practices. I started the lineart and then got inspired to jump ahead of the lines a bit and start working on the bg /scenery and general colours i'll be using so that I can get an idea of how I want the wind the blow the hair. The Stillshot Coloured isn't fully completed yet but it's done enough for me to understand what it is I'm aiming for better and how I want the wind to blow the hair. Shown is the gif at the moment with the eyes blinking only, along with a stillshot of the rough concept sketch i did and a closeup stillshot of the eyes.

I would like to have a soft blow and hard blow on the hair before it resets and loops

i would say my animation style is coming along nicely! what do you think :)
