Christmas Miracle Please

My tablet is having major problems and I can't make heads or tales of it even with technical support and etc. There's still lots of things that need to be done before Christmas and I am hoping to be able to finish it.
Besides my obvious limits, is there anything you all would like to see more for the rewards? A very darling friend got me some new pen liners and I am itching to try them out, but I'm not sure what to do!
