Hello. You signed up in December 20th, you will receive the December rewards which I will send out on January 6-7th. Samus Aran is the November reaward. In order to get the old artworks, just select Tier 7 or 8 and wait for the day when I will distribute the rewards, usually this is the 6-7th day of every month. There is currently no other way to get the old artworks.
