I know the nurses look the same it but I thought it would make it a little bit creepier and easier to draw. I based them off of the Nurses from Silent Hill 3, I even named one of the after the Nurse from Silent Hill one. I thought it would make a nice little easter eggs to the Silent Hill games. I even put a little Resident Evil easter egg in this page as well. Can you guys find it? ;)
