to be clear, I completely respect and honor those who fought hard. The Mice of War is in a way my expression of that. In spite the horrors of war, humor becomes a necessity in survival and sanity. May seem disrespectful, but i see it as humanizing.

Their battles expand great distances so yes. This battle is probably at a pond in a park or construction site after it rained. Not sure on details

2020-06-06 19:30:07 +0000 UTCYeah, it is humanizing. Humor during these situations is a very human coping mechanism for dealing with the rigors and fears of war. I've seen lots of pictures of German soldiers goofing off or playing with kittens. First and foremost, soldiers are people.
