The latest Autumn Snow and Mission Gamma Book 3. The two chapters are both short, so I finished both.

I've had to put my preview video page on the back burner. The Alien background project kind of got out of hand, but from the sound of things it's been a net positive. We'll be looking at Aliens next over two parts, then one part each for Alien 3 and Resurrection. I'm not sure to what degree I'll consider Alien vs Predator, but after that it'll be Prometheus, Covenant, and finally Romulus. I'm still hoping to get Alien Isolation in before the end of August, but it may be tight.

On a personal note, this summer weather really sucks. My wife leaves the door propped ever so slightly so the cats can go into the bedroom, except the cats just shove it all the way open so the AC just drives all the heat up the stairs into the bedroom. Last week I stuck two freezer cold packs under my pillow to cool it and put another on my thigh, with just a sheet inbetween to protect the skin, to serve as a makeshift heatsink. I melted it to room temperature without being able to fall asleep. So I'm sleeping all weird hours now, and it sucks. I had double vision while I was trying to record today, I never knew what that was actually like before until it happened, you just can't get both eyes to work as a team, you've got to go all Popeye and stand there with one eye closed. Yeah, I'm going to make clear this door thing is not acceptable, not when I am going to need to get an eyepatch to work around here.
