My personal headcanon is that the pose and colors the artist used, as well as the image they had for the artwork woman in their mind, contributed to her dominant, powerful personality. But everyone is free to make their own fantasy scenarios within each ASMR story, where they fit an OC or themselves, which is the beauty of this form of storytelling in my opinion.
