I've completed the mod that changes the profile illustrations to NSFW versions, so I'm sharing it.
This was created as an update to the existing Icon Mod.

I plan to work on SFW illustrations. When they're ready, I'll release them for free members as well.
The next project will be an update to the Calendar Mod. I'm planning to change the loading screen and map illustrations.
