May 2022 Rewards + Status
Added 2022-05-30 21:14:41 +0000 UTCAfter another extremely busy bimester, I was a bit worried I couldn't finish rewards in time, so I had to change things a bit and replace the colored sketches with this new digital pencil style I've been experimeting with. And while I do miss color, I really like the feel of these new black and white sketches that I may have to keep doing until we're on a more advanced state of production, which is about to start in just a couple days.
I've been working non stop to prepare everything for the last chapter, which will be presenting another set of changes that may have an impact on the look of the comic. Not in drawing style, as I will keep creating the base for all pages, but also the linearts, which I'll be creating directly from the storyboard in order to save time, instead of investing more time cleaning up those ideas. It's the first time I would be trying something like that, but these sketches were made using that method, so there's a chance it could work.
We'll see if that's the case once I'm done with all the storyboards, and if not, we'll think of something. Whatever the case, we'll make sure the chapter will look as best as possible, as the comic finally comes to a close with it. This is going to take a couple months from now, though there are still 15 pages to look forward to in chapter 6, so there's still plenty ahead.
In the meantime, and just like every month, I just have to say a huge thank you from me and in behalf of all the crew members, both past and present. We sincelery hope you are enjoying these last pages, as well as this month's rewards.
