Liddy had no idea who he was dealing with to get that close to Dexter, even a hand-bound Dexter. I'd love to see Quinn's face if he found out who Dexter is and what Quinn would do. I do wonder how Liddy got that footage of Dex and Lumen dumping bags at sea. It must have been a powerful telescopic lens. I guess if he shut down all lights on the boat and crept up at low power it's possible. If I were Dex I'd have radar on the boat and check it every time before dumping bodies.
