OHOH and if the brothers still wanna do weird surgeries they could do it but specifically so that they all have a shtick. Obviously Noah being flexible 😉, or removal of gag reflex for the deepthroater (sword swallower), or finger coatings or adjustments for “more pleasurable” fingering or handies or whatnot I’m assuming we are disregarding morals entirely here haha

Maybe it could be that the brothers instead run a Human Trafficking ring and have their “girls” do drag shows to draw interest from customers to pay for services. So Crick became to interested in Noah but couldn’t pay for time with him so when he got caught “stealing” his time they kidnapped him and THEN put him in a wig and dress lol. So it’s then like a queer nightclub/drag bar that’s a front for human trafficking basically?
