This is one of my favourite horror movies ever. As Ethan mentioned, I think you missed the part where it was revealed that Juno was having an affair with Sarah's husband (not that I think that justifies what she did lol). Thank you G Bunni!! I wish you'd reconsider The Hills Have Eyes though lol.

2025-07-05 05:56:02 +0000 UTCThis is a very scary and intense movie! Regarding Juno and Sarah's husband, your instincts were spot on. When they were at the cabin Sarah mentioned that her husband, Paul, used to say "Love Each Day". Beth tore off Juno's necklace with that same phrase on it when Juno accidentally stabbed her. Beth then told Sarah that Paul gave Juno the necklace which confirmed that they had an affair. I think this knowledge of the affair along with what happened to Beth are what caused Sarah to lose it at the end. She probably remembered how distant Paul was in the car, which caused him to take his eyes off the road. In the end, I think Sarah maybe blamed Juno for her husband's and daughter's deaths. The name of the movie kind of has a double meaning; a descent into the cave and into madness for Sarah. Just my thoughts. I hope you watched or did something more cheerful after this one.
