Just want to throw out their that their are cultures today that use kids as soldiers. I know in Africa alone about 100,000 child soldiers exist. Their also used as main troops in conflicts between countries. Its really horrible, but perspective wise the reason for this is in those countries they see those kids as adults, 13 is considered an adult for them. Were for us an adult is 18 and older. My point is from those societies perspective were the ones being outrageous because they don't see them as kids.

Trust that you don't know everything, so you can't quite judge the way you would ordinarily. This show is very good at setting you up to be outraged by what you think is wrong or unacceptable.... and then it gives you another piece of information that gives it some perspective. There's lots of layers to this show and it's done very well for a "teen drama" type of show. Keep it coming, I'm here for it! ❤️

This is all they have known their while life just like the 100 and those on the arc have never known anything but living in a space station. The grounders only know what's been passed down to them. In their culture there is no asking to do it nicely. They get things done through violence and fear. I don't want to spoil anything so I won't say any more but just have an open mind and remember that there were many cultures on earth before more civilized times that were just like this.
