2024-03-11 07:49:14 +0000 UTCWhen they are discussing about when they should leave, and Nando asks, “wait for what?“ And the translations give Roberto‘s response as, “to be prepared,“ what he’s really saying is “until we’re prepared.“ Further in the conversation when someone else says in the translations “two weeks of preparation,” what he’s really saying is, “two weeks of preparing ourselves.“

Unfortunately, this happens with Netflix a lot, but they did way better job than the American version. For example, when Nando says “Yo no voy a morir acá,” and the translations say “I’m not staying here.“ What he’s really saying is, “I’m not going to die here.“
