Darn it, I keep repeating myself, thanks to John C. I love seeing Kemi watch musicals. π Btw, I scanned through Hermione Gingold's film career, but couldn't find another movie that Kemi's seen here. She does bear some resemblance to Hermione Baddeley. the maid from Mary Poppins.

So he decided to make it into a musical because he had all these songs sitting around that he hadnβt used yet. However, he ended up having to write all new songs for the show, because none of the songs he had worked. Another piece of trivia that I read was that Willson made more money from the Beatles cover of βTill There Was Youβ than he did from the whole show.
