That's Elsa Lanchester as the nurse, Miss Plimsoul, and yes, she was also in "Mary Poppins." Off-screen, she was married to Charles Laughton (Sir Wilfred) for many years. They made 10 movies together. This was the last one (Laughton died in 1962).
