Such a beautiful song. I think most people who know it heard it first when it was played at the end of the 2003 movie "Lost In Translation," which was about a hard-to-categorize romance.

I saw them live in 1988-ish on what was probably their Darklands tour and outside of Motorhead, was one of the loudest shows I experienced. But such a good show. So many more great songs like Some Candy Talking, Happy When It Rains, Nine Million Rainy Days, Psychocandy, Taste of Candy, Who Do You Love, etc. Too many to list. I think it's hard to miss the obvious oral sex references, and it certainly flows with many of the other songs on the album Psychocandy that have sexual references. But I do believe the song has deeper meanings, particularly with relationships in general and the obsession and sacrifices that often come with relationships.
