This was on my list of potential videos to send your way, so I'm glad someone else got in first, ha ha. The man in uniform speaking at the desk about de-evolution before the song begins is the actual father of the band's lead singer. When you look at modern human behaviour, it's not difficult to wonder whether we are actually DE-evolving (becoming less intelligent in our actions/the way we act collectively as a species, destroying our environment, driving other species to extinction, our expanding population - for what?) instead of evolving. That's what the song and ethos of the group is about, in a nutshell.
