LOL. It only took me 40 years to figure this out (granted, I was a naive kid in 1980 :-) ) ... that "testicle" sounds like it's part of "egotistical" ... as in that it must have something to do with the way that he fills out his skin-tight blue jeans! ... Now, THAT is funny. LOL
