2020-11-18 01:16:51 +0000 UTCThis song was used in the movie "Back To The Future," and the white-haired man is actor Christopher Lloyd, in character from the movie. His car is also his time machine. I've never seen this video before, but I think the end must have been cut off. Since the car is a time machine, I suppose the punchline is that when they get out of the car they're in the distant past or distant future.
