Not sure, probably because they don't have the manpower to handle any form of base update / update management on their end, apart from the rebase every 2 year

2024-10-16 09:01:50 +0000 UTCI kind of wonder why KDE neon uses Ubuntu as a base. Wouldn't a rolling release like Tumbleweed make more sense?
