Fedora 41 beta/rawhide has been testing 6.11 RC candidates for a while now. So they will almost certainly drop with 6.11. Fedora tends to keep close to the latest release. Even Fedora is running 6.10.9 and 6.10.10 is coming soon. They are generally just behind the rolling releases, which is one of the things I like about it.
